Bespo subscriptions are billed through Shopify. All payment methods supported by Shopify are accepted. Payment details are securely processed and stored by Shopify.
Billing begins when your free trial ends, if applicable. Recurring charges are applied according to your selected plan and appear in your Shopify billing section.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply unless you reinstall and reactivate the app.
No. Bespo does not charge hidden fees, success fees, transaction fees, or fees per customised item. All usage is included in your selected plan.
No. The Enterprise plan is not tied to order volume, SKU count, or revenue. It unlocks an unlimited number of products and additional features.
No. The Pro plan allows up to 30 products. To add more products, you can upgrade to the Enterprise plan, which supports unlimited products. There are no overage fees.
A customisable product includes the product parent and all associated variants.
Yes. The Customer Image Upload feature is available on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
The Starter plan includes access to one font.
No. The Monogram feature uses preset styles only. Custom font upload is available for Print, Emboss, and Embroidery on Pro and Enterprise plans.
No. Charges are handled by Shopify. Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. We recommend using the free trial to evaluate the app before subscribing.
Uninstalling the app automatically cancels your subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged after cancellation unless the app is reinstalled and reactivated.
Uninstalling removes the app from your store. Configuration data may be retained for a limited period in case you reinstall. If you require permanent data deletion, contact Bespo support.
All billing, invoices, and subscription management are available in your Shopify admin. Bespo does not process billing outside of Shopify.
